Casa Bugera is a village house situated in the centre of the historic and pretty village of Pollensa, so a car is not essential. It is only a 5 minute walk from the main square, where you can find a wide variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

The property has been recently refurbished with great taste, using quality materials and mixing modern fixtures and fittings whilst respecting the more traditional elements.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor, and consist of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, both of which share a charming bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. On this floor there is also a utility room which houses the washing machine.

The property is ideal for families or couples who want to be in the centre of the village and wish to discover and enjoy one of the most traditional and renowned villages of the island.
