Villa 294 is a lovely one bedroom villa, ideal for couples who appreciate privacy and beautiful surroundings, yet being close to beaches and all kind of amenities. The villa is situated along the old road that links Pollensa old town and the Pollensa bay, only a few minutes drive from both.
The house is light and comfortable as well as nicely furnished. There is a light lounge-dining room connected to an open plan kitchen area with plenty of storage space. There is also a shower bathroom on the ground floor.
A staircase leads up to an open bedroom with a double bed.
The pool has nice views over the countryside and towards the mountains at the other side of the bay. There is a sun deck next to the pool and a built in barbecue, as well as outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco meals and lazy summer afternoons.
