Beautiful apartment located in a privileged area of the pedestrian promenade of Puerto de Pollença, right in front of the sea, with fantastic views, and just a few metres away from the emblematic hotel and restaurant Illa d'Or.
The apartment has two terraces. The front terrace has a covered part where there is an outdoor dining area. The other part of it covers the entire front of the building, from where the views are outstanding. On the other hand, the terrace at the back of the building is an ideal place to store the suitcases or park the bicycles, or simply enjoy the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. Next to this terrace is the washing machine and clothesline.
This apartment is part of what used to be a large manor house and has managed to retain its traditional charm and character, yet adding all the comforts necessary for a modern lifestyle. It consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds. Two additional single beds are available for groups of eight people. You have made a wonderful job with the en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom it really adds to the house hopefully the other bathroom gets the same refurbishment soon The fridge is in need of replacing as shelves are loose but this is an excellent asee more
