Lovely ground floor holiday apartment with community swimming-pool only 300 m from the beach in Puerto Pollensa. It's ideally located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the Llenaire area, near the nice sea front promenade that leads to the Marina and the heart of the Port. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés are all within walking distance.
The apartment's nice and open and has plenty of natural light. The decoration is modern and inviting. There's a living area with flat screen TV and dining table and chairs, as well as sliding doors leading out onto the private garden. Here you find a bbq, sun loungers and dining table and chairs for enjoying meals al fresco. There's also a gate that leads to the street.
Back inside and next to the lounge is the kitchen, completely equipped and with storage area.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment, one double room and one twin room, both with wardrobe space and nicely decorated and with good beds. There is also a fresh, modern bathroom with shower.
