Townhouse 631 is situated in the centre of the town of Consell, in the heart of Mallorca. The house is within walking distance from the town square, while the village of Consell is situated at just at 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of the lovely city of Palma. The house has been recently renovated and has a lovely garden with private swimming-pool, A/C, WiFi and all thinkable comfort.
On the ground floor we can find a new, lovely fitted kitchen totally equipped with all modern appliances such as electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob etc. From the kitchen there is a door that leads onto the rear furnished terrace and where the pool is located. A spacious separate lounge dining area is also on this level of the property. It has capacity for six guests and has a big chaise-long sofa, as well as a large flat screen TV. A double bedroom and a separate bathroom with a shower are also located on this part of the house.
Upstairs there are two more double bedrooms plus another large separate bathroom with a bath and a walking shower. It has to be pointed out that all bedrooms benefit of air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes.
